Position 1: IT SECURITY DIVISION MANAGER
Academic Qualification: Completion of a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
Experience: Eight years in IT roles, with at least two years in senior or supervisory positions
Competency:
Sound knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and practices
Considerable expertise in computer systems security development and management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient understanding of information security, including ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management Standard
Ability to assess risks and recommend appropriate actions or mitigation

Position 2: BRANCH MANAGER I
Educational Background: Completion of a Bachelor’s program in Accounting, Banking, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Six years of banking experience at the branch level, with at least four years in supervisory positions
Competency:
In-depth knowledge of accounting, business law, and financial management
Comprehensive knowledge of the bank’s financial policies and regulations.
Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position 3: SENIOR PLANNING & RESEARCH OFFICER
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Management/Banking and Finance or related field

Proficient in planning, performance monitoring, evaluation, and research methods
Sound knowledge of marketing principles and practices
Strong analytical and policy development skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
